Welcome to MINT CLEANING SERVICES (“Mint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online and mobile website and other applications and platforms (collectively, the “Site”) located at https://csmint4u.com/ and any related services we provide through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) Your Acceptance of These Terms of Use
These Terms apply to all users of the Site owned and/or operated by Mint. By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site.
2) Your Acceptance of Our Privacy Policy
By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy located at https://csmint4u.com/privacy-policy/, which is expressly incorporated herein by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Site. All information you provide through the Site will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, these Terms control.
You represent that you are over 18 years of age, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental/guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms. The Site is not intended for anyone under 13 years old; you must be at least 13 to use the Site.
3) Your Consent to Other Agreements
Certain features may be subject to additional terms (“click-through” agreements). Where a click-through agreement differs from these Terms, it supplements or amends these Terms solely for the applicable feature.
4) Ownership of This Site and Its Content
The Site and all content available on it—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video, software, code, and the compilation thereof (collectively, “Content”)—are protected by U.S. and international laws. All intellectual property rights in the Content are owned by Mint or used with permission.
Except as expressly permitted herein, no Content may be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, modified, displayed, posted, or transmitted by any means without our prior written permission. Your use of the Site does not grant any ownership interest in the Site or Content.
5) Trademarks
MINT CLEANING SERVICES, MINT, our logos, product/service names, and trade dress (collectively, the “Mint Marks”) are trademarks or service marks of Mint. Other trademarks, product names, company names, logos, service marks, and trade dress appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any Mint Marks or third-party marks without prior written permission from the applicable owner. Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.
6) Your Access and Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes, provided that you:
(i) comply with these Terms; (ii) use the Site only for lawful purposes; (iii) do not modify, copy, or distribute the Site or Content (including across any network or media); (iv) retain all copyright and proprietary notices; and (v) do not disable or interfere with any security or access-control features of the Site.
7) Responsibility for User-Generated Content (UGC)
You are solely responsible for any content, information, text, photos, videos, reviews, or other materials you post, upload, submit, or otherwise make available on or through the Site (“UGC”). You represent and warrant that:
(i) you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to post the UGC and grant the licenses below; and
(ii) you have obtained all necessary consents from identifiable individuals in the UGC to use their name, image, and likeness.
We do not control UGC and do not guarantee its truthfulness, integrity, suitability, or quality. You may encounter UGC you find objectionable. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in UGC, nor for any loss or damage resulting from UGC made available on or through the Site. The views expressed in UGC are those of the users who posted them and do not necessarily reflect Mint’s views.
License You Grant to Mint
You retain ownership of your original UGC. However, by posting UGC on or through the Site, you grant Mint and our successors and assigns a non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display and perform, publish, transmit, remove, retain, repurpose, commercialize, and otherwise exploit such UGC in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional consent, notice, attribution, or compensation. Do not post UGC you do not wish to license to us.
Our Rights to Monitor and Remove UGC
We may (but have no obligation to): monitor UGC; require you to avoid certain subjects; remove or block any UGC at any time in our sole discretion; disclose UGC and user identity as necessary to comply with law or court orders, to investigate or prevent unlawful activity, to protect rights, or to enforce these Terms; and terminate or restrict your Site access. Our exercise of these rights does not transfer ownership of UGC to us.
Prohibited UGC and Conduct
You agree not to post or make available any UGC that is: unlawful; harmful; threatening; abusive; harassing; defamatory; obscene; vulgar; pornographic; profane; hateful; racially or ethnically offensive; invasive of privacy; that constitutes or encourages illegal activity; is false or misleading; violates the rights of others (including IP, privacy, publicity, trade secret, contract, or confidentiality rights); contains images/names/likenesses of others without proper consent (or parental/guardian consent for minors); solicits personal information or money; contains viruses/malware; or is advertising/promotional in nature.
You also agree not to impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
By posting UGC, you represent and warrant that: (i) you control the necessary rights; (ii) it is accurate; and (iii) it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
8) Removal of Content and DMCA
General Removal Requests. You may request removal of objectionable UGC using the contact information in Section 18. We will review and may remove UGC at our discretion and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Copies already distributed or cached elsewhere may not be retrievable, and backups may persist.
Copyright (DMCA). We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to clear notices of alleged infringement pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site (URL, title, or other identifying information);
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

9) Feedback
“Feedback” means suggestions, ideas, proposals, or other content you submit about improving the Site or our services. You agree Feedback becomes our exclusive property, and you hereby assign to Mint all rights in Feedback without compensation, restrictions, or obligations.
10) Your Obligations; Accounts and Security
You agree that any personal information you provide to Mint will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will update it as necessary. If you create an account, your username and password are personal to you and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for all activities under your credentials. Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized use and notify us promptly of any security breach.
You must not upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with Site functionality; reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Site or Content; use unauthorized automation to access services or extract Content; or overload/impair the Site. We reserve all rights and remedies.
11) Texting (SMS/MMS) Program
Our text messaging program is considered an “other application” under these Terms. Message frequency may vary. With your consent, messages may include marketing, promotional, and/or transactional messages. Your SMS opt-in/consent is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP; for help, reply HELP or contact us (see Section 18). Consent is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply; consult your carrier.
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the device you use to subscribe and are authorized to approve charges. We are not liable for delays or failures in message delivery. The service is provided AS IS, available only in the United States, and message content may not be available on all carriers. We may change fees/terms and may suspend or discontinue the service if we believe you are in breach.

12) Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse, and are not responsible for, such sites or resources, including their content, products, services, or policies. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
13) Modifications and Discontinuation
We may modify, edit, delete, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any portion) and/or information, products, or services available through the Site at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any such actions.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINT AND OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SECURITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND FREEDOM FROM MALICIOUS CODE.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STATEMENTS, ADVICE, OR OPINIONS OF ANYONE OTHER THAN AUTHORIZED MINT SPOKESPERSONS, INCLUDING ANY UGC. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN WARRANTIES; SOME DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINT AND OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; PROPERTY DAMAGE; THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION IS FOUND INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN DOLLARS (US $10.00).
16) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mint and our respective officers, agents, partners, employees, and service providers from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, demands, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or rights of any third party; or (d) UGC you post that causes liability to Mint.

These Terms are current as of the “Last Updated” date above. We may change these Terms from time to time in accordance with applicable law, with or without notice. Changes are effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, discontinue using the Site. You may not assign these Terms or any rights hereunder; we may assign without restriction.

19) Waiver
Any failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver. No waiver is effective unless in writing and signed by Mint. Unless expressly stated, a waiver is not a waiver of any subsequent breach or of the provision itself.
20) Severability
If any provision is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
21) Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. All actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia or the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. You irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may bring legal proceedings in any jurisdiction where we believe an infringement or violation is occurring or originates.
22) Entire Agreement; Definitions
These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, any Privacy Notices, and any applicable click-through agreements) constitute the entire agreement between you and Mint concerning the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
“Content” means all software/code used to operate the Site and all text, photos, images, graphics, audio, video, and other materials available on the Site, including UGC and Feedback.
“Feedback” means ideas, proposals, suggestions, or other content you submit about improving the Site or our services.
“Site” means any online or mobile website or application owned or operated by Mint on which these Terms are posted.
“User-Generated Content” or “UGC” means content posted through Site functionality enabling public posting, user interactions, or social features, excluding Feedback.
